WaggleWoof Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Final Sale & Discounted Items

Refunds are not accepted for items marked Final Sale or for discounted items.

Order Cancellations

If an order is cancelled after processing has begun, a $15 cancellation fee will be charged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@wagglewoof.com, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as pet treats or food products)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still be returned in the same condition received, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
