4. Products are enrichment and exercise tools important safety information

Our products (including herding balls and related accessories) are designed as exercise and enrichment tools for supervised play. Please read the following carefully:

  • Supervision required. Always supervise your dog during play. Do not leave a dog unattended with any product.
  • Not a chew toy. Our herding balls are intended to be pushed, chased, and herded — not chewed or bitten. Dogs that bite, gnaw, or attempt to puncture the product may damage it and could injure themselves. Discontinue use immediately if your dog treats the product as a chew item, and inspect products regularly for wear or damage.
  • Choose the right size. Select a product size appropriate to your dog's size and strength, following any sizing guidance we provide. An incorrectly sized product may pose a safety risk.
  • Not suitable for every dog. Suitability, engagement, and results vary from dog to dog based on breed, drive, temperament, age, and health. We do not guarantee that any particular dog will engage with, enjoy, or benefit from a product.
  • Inspect and retire products. Stop using and safely dispose of any product that becomes cracked, punctured, deflated, worn, or otherwise damaged.
  • Health and behavior. Consult a licensed veterinarian before starting any new exercise routine, particularly for puppies, senior dogs, or dogs with existing health conditions. For behavioral concerns such as anxiety, reactivity, or aggression, consult a qualified veterinarian or accredited animal-behavior professional.

Assumption of risk. Play and exercise carry inherent risks to both dogs and people. By using our products, you accept responsibility for using them safely and appropriately and for supervising all interactions between your dog, the product, and other people or animals.
